Addison has been obsessed with pumpkins since seeing them everywhere lately. Needless to say, we have several at our house and she loves to carry the little ones around. She even went to a birthday party recently for her friend Beckett and they were given little pumpkins to paint which she LOVED!
The day before Halloween, we decided it was time to carve them, which is always Craig’s job. Addison sat on the kitchen counter and observed his every move! She wanted NO PART of the mess and goo on the inside of the pumpkin and was kind of scared of it actually. It wasn’t until I stuck my hand down in it (ugh) that I got her to do it too in order to show her that it wouldn’t hurt her. She wasn’t impressed but at least she tried!
She loved the way the pumpkins turned out though and loved the candle inside! Daddy is an excellent pumpkin carver!
