October birthdays...

On the same day that we were leaving for the beach, one of Addi's very close (neighbor) friend was celebrating her 5th birthday party at the Explorium.  Addi was very excited to leave for the beach but also didn't want to miss Abby's birthday party.  Since the party started at 10 AM and we were hoping to get on the road by noon, we compromised and told her that Mommy would take her to the party for two hours while Daddy got the car loaded and ready to go and then once we got home from the party, we would jump straight in the car and head to the beach.  We were so glad that we went because we had never been to the Explorium and we had a great time.  It all worked out perfectly and as soon as we got home, Nina and Papaw were there too and we all loaded up in the car and headed to the beach!

After we got home from the beach, we got to celebrate another good friend's birthday, Riley Cissell who turned 7.  She had her birthday party at Chuck E Cheese which is always a big hit with the kiddos!
