It's always adorable to get to go to Addison's school to watch the Little Elk's Christmas program. They wear cute little costumes and sing cute little songs on the last day before Christmas break!
On a different day, her class dressed up as different characters in the Nativity Scene. Addison got to be Mary this year and Liam was Joseph!
Later that evening, we all met up and car pooled to the Horse Park to see all the lights. The kids enjoyed it and even got to sit in Santa's lap! Kyle really liked Santa's beard!

Smith Family Christmas...
We started the Christmas season off in Louisville on December 14th with our Smith family Christmas. It was nice to get back to tradition by having the celebration at the clubhouse where Aunt Sandy lives. We have done that for many years and tried somewhere different last year and it just didn't feel right so we were happy to be back at her clubhouse again this year. It's always great to get to see aunts, uncles, and cousins that we don't get to see too much throughout the year.
The funniest thing this year was when Santa made his annual visit, Addi jumped and hid behind the couch! It was like in one picture, she is there and the next picture she is gone!! I don't think she was expecting Santa to show up so it just took her by complete surprise! She eventually warmed up though!
